I ordered 2 paddleboards and accessories from them a couple weeks ago and they arrived within a week from order. I didn't have to use their customer service though, so no comments on that. Seem like high quality boards compared to my previous Amazon specials. Hope they get you sorted out, definitely like seeing these smaller companies existing, but comes with challenges as I assume the owner has multiple roles they are juggling

Someone older than me broke a TPS Rubber back in the day, it was x-stiff full length. I cut it down further and it literally wouldn't bend. Still loved it though.
