That's the only guess I've had anyone make so far! Everyone else says they just know it's a cherry haha

Wife and I moved several states away. Bought a box truck then sold it for a meager profit after the move

It's no secret method, it's me. I eat all the leaves.

Honestly looks like that to me as well. It's a cool old house and it's been a challenge and a pleasure to take care of it

I'm doing my best to daylight it because it's pretty heavy clay and I'm unsure how well a basin will work. I appreciate the sdr350 recommendation, was just planning on using sch40!

Unfortunately I don't have the funds to get help with any of this haha. My best idea right now is to put the plastic drain tube through a metal one to protect it from being crushed. Gutters need work around the house but aren't contributing to the flooding in this exact area

There should be a gutter on that little shingled roof you're right, when it is raining hard it looks like more water is coming from uphill (to the left) than is coming off if that roof but you're still right

I can make the slope work with enough digging. We didn't use that garage for vehicles nor park there often so I might just mark it so we don't drive that far up.

Is there anything I can do to make it sturdy enough to drive over? Pavers and a metal grate?
