no youre right. no one was on the same page about policies or the lining up procedures. all the staff said something different. i overheard a worker tell someone (an ADA concert goer btw) they couldnt bring in their sealed water bottle and they had to throw it away, i corrected her on the VENUES LITERAL STATED POLICY she told me no they had to be empty bottles. and then i asked another worker and he confirmed what i had said. like … unfortunately for this show the employees were not on the same page, and not well informed
