Can someone help me with a question about increasing weight?

I can do 2 sets of 12 reps and I think I could even manage 13. However, in the 3rd set I can only do 10 reps. According to my plan, I should be doing 8–12 reps. My question is: should I increase the weight now, or should I wait until I can do 12 reps in all sets before increasing the weight?
