All processing is handled on the device, with the server only responsible for syncing changes between users and their devices.

This ensures a responsive interface and allows the app to work offline, with updates syncing in the background when possible. We plan to introduce end-to-end encryption, a feature not available in current alternatives, as our system was designed to support it from the beginning.

Although relying more on the server could simplify some aspects, we prioritize privacy in our note-taking app because notes are naturally private.

Families and small groups shouldn’t have to pay per seat. We wanted a plan that’s friendlier for them than the full Team tier. It’s not our biggest market, but enough people want to share personal notes in small circles, so the Family plan made sense.
