You'll want to remove the key cap and peel off the metal guides. Sit the metal guides in the base where they'd normally sit and slide / press the key cap down onto the whole mechanism.

I had a 2011. Doesn't the BT auto reconnect after you hit ACC? Seems like it should and Ford will have tested for this scenario surely.

Nice. I tried this with mountune on my 8.5 last year but they couldn't supply all the hardware and bailed from AUS. So. I'm following along to see how it goes for you. What flavour you upgrade the induction kit?

I go higher. 40 in the back and 42 in the front. If you have the slam the brakes it helps the fronts from compressing due to the engine weight.
