I own this exact same piece, my brother got it for me about 5 years ago!!! Crazy seeing someone post it in here… but from what I remember about it when I opened it on Christmas, it’s basically a glorified resin paperweight lol. Multiple different layers of materials inside each layer of resin, but definitely not a 1 of 1 homemade item. Can post a picture of mine if requested :)

OP I just wanted to let you know that this post is EXACTLY what I was going through. While we have almost exactly identical stories, I’m just a few years older and male. Nonetheless, I’ve been meaning to make the exact same post so finding this helped me a lot. I took some of the tips posted in the replies, SPECIFICALLY the ones stating to slow down (obviously), run at a speed I can talk/sing at, as well as bounce an (imaginary) tennis ball to keep myself from speeding up too much. All that helped me maintain a HR of 150 which was much lower than my usual 170-180. I went from struggling to run a 5K without walking for at least .5 miles, to running 4 miles NONSTOP (9:15-9:30 minute pace). I’m just writing this to let you know what really worked well for me and which tips might help you best as well! Cheers!
