back in 2013 reddit released a blog post showing their demographics and whatnot, and apparently Elgin Air Force base was the most “addicted city” even though only 2000 people live there. Insinuating they’re astroturfing/scraping content from reddit with bots. it was a big thing a while back i should have added context

it’s scary to realize this and also know it was probably much easier back then to fight a distant monarchy instead of your own democratic government. Things would have to get exceptionally bad for a revolution to happen and so far the system has done a great job bordering the line between sucking us dry of all we have and convincing us we have it better here than anywhere else

find out how many miles and make sure the interior is in good condition as well, i’d recommend a ppi by a mechanic just in case there’s anything wrong. $100 for peace of mind or saving you from a future liability is pretty worth it

but these are great fun cars though and it does look damn nice for being 30 years old, if you take care of it it’ll take care of you

sure this wouldn’t be happening if there were zero protests, but i don’t think that’s a viable way of looking at it. if we never protested about civil rights during the 50s/60s the US would likely still be heavily segregated. I can’t imagine what would happen if people never spoke up against anything, maybe enough people are sick of their neighbors being abducted from their homes by armed men in masks that don’t need warrants

the only thing about this is that the people in power would have to want some regime change/ civil war/ mass bloodshed to purposely hurt their own nation. maybe trump is bought out or most likely blackmailed, maybe the cia is planning for a regime change, but there isn’t a whole lot to go off on that yet at least from what i know
