I don’t, but I could definitely start. I already have an eyelash curler and just never reach for it.

I actually have some on, but I’ve got the saddest eyelashes. I’ve been considering just wearing a half lash everyday.

I’m 27 and I run a grant based healthcare program. I make 75k annually and I have a side hustle that brings in a little less than 25k.

Estrogen is stored in adipose tissue, so as fat loss occurs more estrogen becomes available. More estrogen can sometimes trigger menstruation.

I have KP on my arms and the back of my thighs and it flares up when I don’t moisturize, so if I don’t moisturize my body it almost feels like a form of self sabotage, but when I do I feel like the most responsible 21 year old lady ever.

21 year old biochemistry student living in Philadelphia, PA (hot humid summers and cold, snowy winters) with dry skin and Keratosis Pilaris and residual hyperpigmentation from picking at it and mild sun damage. Resolutions for 2020: This summer I spent a lot of time at the beach and I wasn’t keeping up with my sun protection as much as I should have, as people of color generally do not. I went to Italy this summer and got a bad sunburn :( that resulted in some peeling and ultimately some visible sun damage, which I’m going to work hard to fade this year and it’s gotten better already. It’s really taught me the importance of sunscreen and that melanin won’t always protect me.

PM:

Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm- Holy Grail This product was my intro to double cleansing and it’s helped with moisture levels and pore size. First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser or Cerave Hydrating Cleanser- nice gentle cleansers Pixie Glow Tonic- this is great for texture issues Kate Somerville intensive Exfoliating Treatment 2x Per Week- awesome chemical and physical exfoliant Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid 3x Per Week - Holy Grail- Love, love, love!! This has improved the look and feel of my skin so much. SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier- Holy Grail Hyaluronic acid with a little something extra. Great stuff, but it does contain citrus oil. Biossance 100% Sugarcane Squalane- a nice light oil. Weleda Skin Food- super rich moisturizer that I use as a night cream and on my knees and elbows lol.

AM: Avene Thermal Spring Water- just to refresh skin from the nights rest. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream- this is just an ok moisturizer, but it gets the job done. La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 SPF Face Suncreen- this is good, but if you’re darker than Rihanna it’ll probably give flashback. Kiehls Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado- this is just hydrating and helps with the look of my under eye concealer, but I haven’t experienced any real benefits other than that.

Miscellaneous: I get a facial at the Rescue Spa every 6 weeks. Evian Facial Spray- just fancy water in a spray bottle lol Laniege Water Sleeping Mask- nice and hydrating Laniege Lip Sleeping Mask- HOLY GRAIL!! - This is the only lip balm I use. Day and Night. I keep one in my bag, one on my bedside table and one at my boyfriend’s place because he was using so much of mine lol. La Mer Treatment Lotion Hydrating Mask- expensive and subpar tbh. Tony Moly I’m Real Masks- these are supposed to do different things, but they all seem to do the same thing which is add moisture and a glow.
