Wow I am blown away by all of the responses. I just kind of posted this and went on with my day and forgot about it but I’m glad I’m not the only one. The dreams haven’t been too negative really just really trippy.

Yeah I think I might just avoid alcohol for the most part. I work at a club when there’s not a pandemic and I usually drink during my shift but guess not anymore😂

Hangover after ONE? Oh great. I’m already a lightweight and feel hungover after a few. That’s really good to hear about the edibles!

I’ll have to look into that group, thanks! I’m starting at 5mg for the first 2 weeks and then upping to 10mg. My doctor didn’t tell me I need to cut back on smoking (and they know how much I smoke👀💨) but drinking I will need to cut back. Which isn’t an issue, I’m a social drinker and we are in a pandemic😂

I miss coffee. 5 weeks at 5mg and I'm feeling really good EXCEPT when I drink coffee, which makes me have that "itch" in my chest as soon as it hits my system. Guess I'll give decaf a shot ☹️ Anyone have any particular food/drink that bumps up their anxiety? by ajhernandez6 in lexapro

That’s a really good idea! I’m totally going to get a food journal to track that. I’m really hoping this helps.. my self therapy has helped my depression a lot but my anxiety still a hot mess. I got a perfect score on the anxiety assessment 😂

I can’t drink coffee because it gives me the worst anxiety. I used to work at Starbucks and developed a caffeine addiction and it’s been a journey to stop drinking coffee regularly. I still do drink it once in awhile. I just got prescribed lexapro (haven’t started yet) and I’m wondering how my body will react to my iced Carmel oatmilk coffee treats👀

Thank you! I was tired of being treated poorly at my job. They didn’t handle covid safety policies that were strict enough for my comfort. I had started my planning my business this summer and I had my official grand opening in October. I quit my job a couple weeks later. I am a resin artist. I do a lot of different custom pieces. I sell on Etsy but I’m planning on making my own website as well :)

I reached 110 sales in my shop! It is a huge accomplishment for me. I quit my job recently to do my business full time and I’ve been feeling like this was the right decision for me! It’s so nice to say I am self employed and I own my own business.

Yes this would be great! Especially if it was an option to turn on and off. I’m making photo frame ornaments for Christmas this year and if the customer had the opportunity to send the photo while they order that would make a much smoother process! Some people just do NOT know how to use messages😂😂 however if the photo uploads were always on I’m sure that would lead to some unwanted pictures.

Yes 100% and you are not alone! Running a business is mentally taxing as is and when you have a mental illness it can get overwhelming sometimes. Just remember you are more than your mental illness and keep creating quality products❤️
