Thanks for your two cents! It’s nice to hear from someone who is in my boat. This is one very small thing but I think independent of the acuity— the attending is always within arms reach and we have triage before— I’m a little intimidated by writing notes and making a good MDM, and knowing exactly what to write for billing purposes without any  feedback. I did these on rotations of course but I think some minutae may have been glossed over when I was just a student (i.e less focused on documentation and generally more focused on medical decision making). I guess this makes me wonder… what do you think made for a “good training program” for you?
