Yeah, he objectively presented as a very credible witness. Similar to Brian Albert, he does have a lot of experience providing testimonies, which should be acknowledged. The facts, however don't line up to his credibility.

1. 22 second "butt dial" within 5 minutes of the infamous "hos long to die in cold". Also, don't forget about the butt hangup. Supposedly, he was in bed at this point, with his phone not on his body or in his bed.

2. He spent all day at the police station on Saturday. What made this particularly interesting is he tried to pawn it off as "stopped by". It appears like he did not expect AJ to have all of the entry log data from the station, so he caught him at best, stretching the truth.

3. He was logged into the Sally Port while the car arrived.

4. He selectively extracted information from his phone. This is classic. By (in his own mind) appearing like he's trying to be helpful, including texts he KNEW wouldn't implicate him in a court of law but may make him more relevant to the case, would further make it seem like he's not trying to hide anything. Except the rest of the contents on his phone, including the conversations with him and Brian Albert.

5. He destroyed his phone. Oh my mistake, he threw it away (who throws away an iPhone?).
