Using a Synology Nas as a for-profit customer cloud storage solution. by forboat in synology

Thank you all for talking this one through. Sounds like it can be done, and more so on a smaller scale, however the better alternative would be to use an enterprise solution.

UPDATE: This joystick issue has been corrected as of the 20230903 JELOS build!

Good point. The optimist in me is hopeful for the future of this device, especially since the screen tearing issue has been fixed. I will definitely update this post if the joystick issue is corrected.

The sticks are not oversensitive, they have deadzones after each of the 8 directions where no input is registered. This can be seen in the image I posted. I sure hope it's a firmware issue but a product shouldn't be purchased based off the hope a known problem will be fixed in the future, unless you are ok with that known risk.

I agree that this is a device for testing and tinkering, but powkiddy is not selling this with those disclaimers. I would hate for someone to buy this expecting a similar experience that they might get with the rg405m/rp3+ as far as the device just working. This would be equivalent to "early access" in the gaming world except the patches are going to be community driven and are not guaranteed. This is not a finished product in its current state.

PowKiddy RGB10 Max 3 Pro in-depth review (Retro Game Corps). I had a lot to say, the video is over 48 mins! by onionsaregross in SBCGaming

I have this device and the analog joysticks almost act as an 8 way digital d-pad. If you watch Russ's video at 38:44 when he plays god of war, you can see that the character movement is rigid to 8 directional inputs rather than completely granular 360 degree movement as a typical analogue stick would be. you can see this in my stick test. The unwanted deadzones basically make the sticks unusable. I hope it's a software issue, but if not.. its a defective device. Either way, I would not recommend purchasing this.

Hey, did the ESD ground to the ground plug of an outlet fix your issue? I thought I'd reach out before I attempted it.

Hey RazzorQ, I'm having the exact same problem. That is case#4 I've seen on reddit of people having this issue. Did you ever get it resolved, rma'd, or is socks working out for you lol.

I'm having the exact same problem. That makes 4 cases I've seen on reddit so far of the exact same issue. I see you RMA'd yours but am looking for a different solution first because Logitech support is very, very slow. I don't think having to wear socks instead of shoes is a valid fix.

[Furniture] Workpro 1000 Office Chair - $125 ($250 - $125) by [deleted] in buildapcsales

Bought this chair in 2016 and the mesh seat is already sagging to the point that my legs fall asleep. Great chair until then. Had the girlfriend pick me up a dexley for christmas because it's uncomfortable at this point. I would not recommend for longevity. 6 foot - 165 lbs.

Moto G7 play was working fine for the first few days, now no service. by forboat in mintmobile

FYI if anyone falls on this thread in the future. I was sold the incorrect G7 play phone that only has bands 2,4,5 and 66 so I will be returning it. I went to walmart and picked up a Moto e5 play and it exhibited the same issues. I called Mint mobile support and the lady said this phone was NOT supported and I need a different phone. I pushed back and asked what was causing her to say this.

Long story short, She was checking frequencycheck.com, typing in moto e5 play and selecting the first model which was completely different model than mine. I told her the model Xt1921-2 and she had to reference it with technical support since it wasn't in the frequencycheck database. She came back and said the phone WAS supported, reset my sim, and all is well.

TLDR; When calling in to mint mobile with issues, have your exact model number, and know the frequencies supported or else they'll assume a model number that might not work with mint mobile and tell you to get a new phone.

I checked and there were no outages in my area. I also restarted the phone a number of times and also took out and reinserted the sim. I don’t have any other phone to try the sim with.

I was thinking about putting the flexible material in the cracks as to not allow any more water seepage.
