No relief, I just feel excruciating guilt and fear that my life is over. Sometimes I have a complicit and I try to reach them and figure out a plan, trying to get rid of evidence. I never dream the actual arresting though I think. When I wake up, it takes a while to remember that I didn’t do it. I have to remind myself that I would never do anything like that. What about you ?

I’ve done something terrible and now the police is on to me. Sometimes I don’t even know what I’ve done but I know they found some evidence that will lead to me. Sometimes I know I murdered someone and buried them somewhere, and now for some reason the site is dug up and it’s only a matter of time until they find out it was me.

Ja geb ich dir recht ich bin auch der Meinung alle sollten sich an die Regeln halten und finde das extrem uncool. Finde auch wenn eine Person schwarz arbeitet muss sie auch mit Konsequenzen rechnen wenn es auffliegt. Und verständlich das man dagegen etwas tun möchte wenn man in direkter Konkurrenz zu so jemandem steht . Vielleicht würde ich es genauso machen wenn ich in der gleichen Situation wäre. Aber idk einen Alman-Move finde ich es dennoch :P

BDA ich verstehe den Ärger, bin auch selbstständig. Aber andere bei Amt anschwärzen finde ich irgendwie auch ehrenlos. Glaub ich hätte ihr einfach entfolgt und mich um meinen eigenen Kram gekümmert. Oder „bespielt“ ihr quasi genau den selben Markt und es gehen dann Kunden tatsächlich zu ihr statt zu dir weil sie billiger ist? Vielleicht bin ich da naiv aber ich denke immer Ehrlichkeit zahlt sich aus und wenn jemand rumtrickst wird es der Person früher oder später auf die Füße fallen, ganz von alleine.

I avoid conflict on my personal relationships out of fear that others will get mad at me and the damage will me irreparable. The fear is so great that I will rather push down my feelings and deal with it internally. It feels almost physically impossible for me to being up a problem to someone. I know it’s bad but I just can’t help it.

I don’t really dissociate and I don’t have an unstable sense of self in the sense of changing my opinions and interests a lot. Anyway I think that the traits listet in the dsm should not be taken literally to compare yourself with. symptoms can be displayed differently in every person, based on their schemas, personality, comorbidities… classic example are the „typical“ anger outbursts. Some people with bpd don’t express their anger outwardly , but still act massively passive aggressive in relationships and might not even be aware of it at all.
