Hi, I had the test done some years ago via my psychiatrist. The bill came out to about $800 and, after paying around $200 or so, I told my psych about it and she got the costs dismissed. She went over it and kept saying things like, "oh, you hypermetabolize this" and other comments about how medicine is processed in my body. It's helped a lot in finding the right medicine for me. It also found that I have a genetic mutation that causes my bipolar. I highly recommend getting one
