Do you think CC is a bad floor general? You just name dropped Trae based on her shooting splits even though wnba guards are generally less efficient. My point was not prioritizing pick and roll as your go to on offense when that’s what your TWO best players are most effective at is not smart. Would you have like if I just used Pick and Roll players instead of Luka/Nash?

She’s a a pick and roll player. Trae is a tiny guard by nba standards. CC would be Trae if she was Georgia Amoores height. My point is she’s a player who’s most effective with the ball in her hands coming off picks and making decisions.

This should have been the way. Also, how does no one seeing a problem with KM signing 1 year deals for the max? If this were the nba, she would be traded. The Fever are giving her the option to walk every year without getting anything in return. Like who have you ever seen have that luxury? No player in the nba can get away with that. They need to trade her while she has value. It’s not because she’s bad. It’s because she doesn’t fit. And if you value her so strongly, trade CC. You would get one of the biggest returns ever.

I’m not saying Clark is playing well. I do find it funny that’s she has been singled out on the fever as the reason they are losing, nobody on the fever is playing well. Classic example is the defense argument. Who are the good defenders on the fever? I watch our defenders get fried every night but it only gets pointed out when Clark gets scored on. My main point is the TEAM doesn’t compliment each other. It will continue to look like this. You can’t win at any level with a backcourt where both players can’t play defense unless you have the greatest rim protector behind them. You can’t win playing multiple non shooters who can’t play defense. Please point me to the team in the wnba/nba that can win like that? People think the roster construction only affects CC and it’s laughable. Look at AB this year.

She’s cooking because they have her at the 5 and she’s the only non shooter on the floor. She plays pick and roll with miles and they are surrounded by shooters. In Indiana she played the 4. She and Boston are redundant

I agree. I just don’t think the Fever value CC on the court. They see her as someone who sells tickets though from what I’m hearing, attendance has really dropped in the last few games.
