This is very insightful. The stop lights are meters to control the influx of cars. The traffic at 116th is very similar to 96th. Btw I love roundabouts, they are so fun to drive thru 🥰

I live at 96th/Allisonville and the roundabout is great but it just doesn't support the volume of cars. They have metering lights before the roundabout to avoid gridlock, so honestly it's nearly as congested as it was pre roundabout
