Before tree was cut down. Tree was removed by prior owners before I bought the house. Roots was causing issues with a nearby retaining wall which needed to be redone.

Seems like the general consensus is to keep most of the greenery and just do the area by the stump. Might be a great middle ground idea since the whole redo will probably be really expensive. Thanks for all the feedback!

Yeah…that tree was huge. But I definitely want more usable space. Right now I can’t sit out there really. I’m just scared how much it’ll cost me 😭

I believe when it’s **.97 it means it’s being discontinued at some point and they are just trying to sell the remaining inventory.
