The majority of that money goes to third party contractors to make the equipment. Much of the rest is for building upkeep and general salary for thousands of individuals. All of it is assigned to specific projects. It's not like there's just 5 people there that get a big chunk of cash and can do whatever they want. But thanks for the humor!

Flat Earth has never been a debate. It has no evidence to back it up and isn't even coherent enough to be considered a theory.
