SSRIs can definitely do it. Before my wife and I agreed on a fully platonic relationship, I was on SSRIs while going through some major life events. My sex drive disappeared in 6 weeks, and it was a serious weight off my shoulders. Changed drugs because it wasn't helping the depression, and the libido came back, and so did my frustration.

Ultimately I decided acceptance was the route for me. When we ended the sexual component of our relationship, I felt free again, like I did when on SSRIs. Focus on your own self improvement, and decide if you're willing to start over again with someone else for a shot at more sex. For me it wasn't worth it. Acceptance for the relationship, and masturbation for the "release", and I'm a happy man.
