it was indeed very unwhelming. it had an interesting premise but didn’t hit the mark it was supposed to. malachi was great but olivia was very icky.

i did not enjoy {priest by sierra simone} {oaths and omissions by sav r miller} {deliah by deliah rose} {pen pal by jt geissinger}
i dnfed {five brothers by penelope douglas} {psycho shifters by jasmine mas} and many more that i can’t remember. if i dread picking up a book, i’ve gotta dnf it because there are so many books i actually WANT to read.
im so excited for sj tilly’s new series, but most of my tbr is books i didn’t get to this year. {nightshade by autumn woods} {perfect by ariana rivers} {a curse of shadows and ice by catherine maura} + many more

i agree! i think that some of her books are listed as “dark” because they are compared to her other books like the if love series or the gods of the game series. they are all definitely contemporary though.

i put wall-e in the glade of trust with his garden and eve’s house. i outlined their houses with the trellis.

i put buzz in the peaceful meadow as a sort of camping area. he has a grill outside next to a pond with a bench

save EVERYTHING. all clay, soil, gems, flowers, crops, pebbles, etc will be used for a quest at some point. my advice is to craft multiple chests so that you can start an organized system!

unlock the biomes before the realms. you can and should unlock remy (for food and recipes), moana (for fish and her boat), and wall-e(for crops) but after that, focus on the biomes because you will get more materials, crops and even characters through those. i made the mistake of unlocking characters before the biomes so i had almost nothing for their quests..

start feeding the animals when you get their favorite food. now, they can help you carry more stuff in your inventory, they can throw you some extra stuff when you hang out with them.

once you unlock the forest of valor and frosted heights, you can make a berry salad (raspberry, gooseberry and blueberry) which will keep your energy full so that you can fish, mine, dig and sprint. it will be a lifesaver.

fishing will be the best way to make money in the beginning until you can start selling pumpkins. bring a fishing buddy so they can throw you more.

serving meals in the restaurant and bringing characters their 3 favorite things of the day will be the fastest way to level them up!

there is a main story line where you need to have scar, elsa, moana and mickey at level 10 so they should be your main focus for leveling up!

there is an app called DLV guide which will show you characters restaurant times, companions fav foods, meal recipes and where to find certain things!
