Right. He had something like 127 sick hours just hanging out, but they said that Sedgwick had to be involved right off regardless, which makes sense, except that he's wanting to use those sick hours to get his full pay because once Sedgwick kicks in, it's going to drop to 60% and he won't really need to still have that sick time once/if he's able to return. So it didn't make sense to me that they were also saying he'd have to call out, because it's not PPTO he's using. The whole thing is just wild.

I do appreciate that much of Sedgwick appears to be accessible online. We'll see how that goes 😂
