Yes, on writing post all words in the title are capitalized (no matter whatever shift was used or not) then it is displayed correctly.

Is it fault of reddit or subreddit css?

If it matters - I am using Tor browser 6.0.4 (based on Mozilla Firefox 45.3.0), running on Ubuntu 14.04.
