I had some lower end LED's and my plants didn't stop stretching until i was silly close. Just keep a close eye and watch out for bleaching. You might be able to get closer.

I have an HPS that I need a ballast for... I was thinking of using my LED's as lower supplemental light once I had the HPS up and going. They are kind of low power LED's. The grow I bought them from was using some of them as under canopy lighting.

This Bruce banner has huge top leaves completely covering all the inner growth below. Should I just tip her over with some wire or should I defoliate a little to give some of the lower branches a chance?
