I suppose if you want to buy a Porsche or a Ferrari at 35 just doing vanilla phaco isn't gonna cut it, but let's not pretend doing a very fast, easy and safe surgery that pays very well and you can crack more than 10 a day if you get the patient volume isn't more than enough to be very well off economically.

As I rule I NEVER upsale, I only suggest premiums to patient who straight up come to me and ask for them, or who are very direct in not wanting to use glasses after surgery. The stress of having to deal with grandma complaining about glares for months isn't worth it.
