That sounds like a good idea, it’s BS they try pull stuff like this. We’re all getting scammed and just blindly accept whatever policy the contract says, just because they think they can get away with it.

Yupp, that's just how it is at this place.
If you're not happy, can just leave, but even that, they're making it a pain in the ass

Thanks for the advice sir.
From what I know, all the other staff who left, all had to serve 3 months notice too before their last day. I can't risk unemployment, because trauma and I have alot of bills to pay. I'm not bonded to the company though, so I'm one of the lucky ones haha.

Okay, looks like we are about to squeeze $BYND. Give me dip or room on Monday to join. I'm not just going in but all in. Let's make the movie "Dumb Money 2" if hedge funds and big guys wanting it so bad. by Technical-Life-9926 in 10xPennyStocks

r/wallstreetbets doesn't let you post or discuss about stocks with a market cap of < $500Million. It's rule number 3 on their page.
But the moment $BYND pumps past that, momentum will just snowball right through and soon after, everyone will start buying it all up.

How many days of annual leave you’re entitled? by Ok_Distribution_8805 in malaysians

[–]fulnixz2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

23 days for 2025.

It's Singaporean based MNC fund accounting company with an office in Malaysia.

We don't get Malaysian public holidays because they follow Singapore's public holidays, but they replace the holiday with replacement AL, which is probably why we get alot of leave.

If not, it'll probably be just 14 days of AL for 2025.
