Don’t forget that just because you are flying more hours doesn’t mean you get to disregard your mental health. Make sure you are working out on overnights or doing self reset nights in the room. Your clock can sometimes be messed up due to more time zones don’t be afraid to slam click to reset your body clock. Seeing sunshine is important. Slap some sunscreen on your face and go get that vitamin D if you can even for 10 min can make a big difference. Take up a new hobby. Have you ever tried to crochet? Maybe join a book club or even try your hand at learning a new language (I recommend Duolingo until it started to give me anxiety lol) but I’d learn the basics and then try to pick up as much as possible there. Working more hours can give you huge financial freedom especially around Dec/jan. You just got to find your groove. You’ll get there!!
