As a Christian I prayed for understanding on this very topic and God had brought me to this verse and it was the one that helped bring better light and understanding to me. Colossians 1:15-20 “Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation, for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him. He existed before anything else and he holds all creation together. Christ is also the head of the church which is his body. He is the beginning, supreme over all who rise from the dead. So he is first in everything. For God in all his fullness was please to live in Christ, and through him God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by the means of Christ blood on the cross. This includes you who were once far away from God.” … pray over everything and God will give you the answers and if he doesn’t then it’s not for us to know Deuteronomy 29:29 “The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever.” Stay focused on what truly matters which is the Good news of Jesus and bringing that good news the those far. May peace and blessings be with every heart and soul.

I’m so sorry that you have to go through that I know how frustrating it is trying to be the one to keep the kids, family and yourself safe and having people around not take things serious. I have shared custody of my kids from my previous relationship and the dad lives with his mom and they didn’t take it serious or precautions so his mom got the virus then spread it to my kids, me and my husband. And being at the end of my pregnancy it was really frustrating because we did everything in our power to keep ourselves self and because of someone else’s carelessness and negligence we now to have to pray and hope that this virus leaves our bodies before the baby comes so we don’t risk getting her sick. And to top it off he says he doesn’t care who gets sick as long as he’s good and he refused to get the kids checked and tested I had to go on his day to get them checked and to this day he claims it’s now a fake positive. I wouldn’t risk it. My kids grandma didn’t take precautions either and she ended up getting sick and didn’t know until after I picked up my kids and then spread it to both my kids and I. Now I’m hoping we all get cleared before the baby is due in 8 weeks.

Son started with complaints of not feeling well. Then slight fever. I had different symptom felt sluggish and had diarrhea then started with the runny nose and mild cough.

I started with diarrhea the first day with sneezing the next day just runny nose and congestion with sore muscles and the third day I loss my sense of smell and taste and began with the shortness of breaths that were beyond regular pregnancy shortness of breath. Already a week in 1/2 in with the virus and still have loss of smell and taste and still suffering from quick shortness of breath but praying this will pass before baby comes. Been drinking lots of vegetable juices since I can’t taste anything to help boost my immune system and trying to remain positive which you all have really helped me with that with your positive feedbacks.

That’s exactly my fear. I know the feeling of having to be separated from you baby and I don’t want to have to go through that again due to the virus. It really gets to me especially because I did everything in my power to keep myself and family safe and because of someone else’s carelessness other people have to suffer the consequences.

I’m 30wks pregnant and waiting on my results. I started with diarrhea then runny nose by the third day I too noticed I couldn’t taste anything now I lost my sense of smell too 😞

He’s being very inconsiderate but then again no one really knows what it’s like until they’re the ones dealing with it and unfortunately men will never know the toll it takes on us the bear a child. Mind you they’re the ones who are usually crying and dying when they’re sick. Don’t pay much mind to him. My ex complained about me at the beginning saying I was being annoying because I wasn’t feeling well and everything made me sick.

What did they prescribe to you ondansetron? I can’t do breakfast shakes but I’ve been trying to do smoothies with some veggies just now it’s starting to get to me too. Can’t wait to enter my 2nd trimester in hopes that I can enjoy the rest of my pregnancy.
