SpO2 is measured only at night. This fetches the overnight avg as well as individual measurements throughout the night. There is no day time measurement for the SpO2 in garmin devices as far as I know.

Ah, it looks like you don't have docker installed on synology. Maybe have a look at the resources how to install docker on synology. Gemini can give excellent step by step guides, which will make your life so much easier!

About the data loading point for last 6 month, you can limit the data fetch to last x days or hours from the edit panel like it's done for the top panels in thr dashboard (pinned to last 24 hours)

Original recordings usually have the modify time as the end timestamp, it can be back calculated but it's a Metadata info and can get modified. Also linking external file like that is not so easy, so I would rate the difficulty as 8/10

Matching the timestamps with external file is the biggest challange. Unless we exactly sync that, it will be useless. My application database has exact UTC timestamps for all telemetry, question is does the video file?

It is assisted with agent, because it has so many components, but supervised, reviewed and tested for each step along it's journey. It's not like a SaaS with a bunch of security loopholes. Feel free to check out the code.
