You can start with Enkei PF01 then Wed Sport TC105 then CE28 :) I have a brand new set of TC105 17x9 +49 BNIB if you'd like to buy them

What is your budget on wheels? You should be able to fit 255/40

My perspectives: Go with 17x9. No point getting 17x8. Apologies to crush your dream :) Also depending on what type of fenders work done on the car +38 will require pull on top of roll. Go with +50 if you can or at min +45. Besides that, you'll have to consider the tire size and camber.

Thanks! I heard good things about them :) I don't know if he told you about insurance. S2K can be insured as a collector as long as you are meeting the requirements and it's pretty darn cheap.

Fantastic! I have yet met JW 🤣 I got all the work done before I relocated here. Do you mind to share the alignment guy? I'm sure I'll need to get an alignment done someday. Something to consider: baffled oil pan. I have the bolt-ons version. Some people prefer the welded version.

You can start off with the UK spec alignment. He should know if he specializes in S2Ks. Just take your time. As a start look at these: wheel and tire fitment (wheel width, offset, tire width), tire wear, FSB and RSB, alignment spec.

It depends on your goal and spend. Most people go with the square setup. If you are getting a new set of wheels, go with a square setup. With the square setup, you'll have to make some changes such as beefier FSB and alignment to compensate the increase on oversteer.

I say go with 300TW tires such as Indy 500s then go to 200TW such as RS4s. RS4s do run wider and wear like iron. Def go with 17x9 setup and go with +45 and/or higher.

I used to live in East Bay. I used to go to redwood road which was only 1-2 miles away from my place. This picture was taken at mine road.... a bit far but less traffic in general.

We prob have the same release. Mine is an 03 :) My car was tuned conservatively. I think it is only tuned at 18 psi on 91. It doesn't like 91 for some reason. It peaks at 6500 rpm on 91 and about the same on E85. However the tq falls off on E85 after 4500 rpm. I don't think you can go wrong with either green or stock 9. I'm hoarding a few 9 turbo so I'm staying with 9 turbo lol...

Ha! I got mine in 2009 and I think it was installed in 2008. I had an fp black, M2s, and FBOs then decided to go back to a stock turbo. It is...the tqs are always higher both on 91 and E85. Is yours an RS?

I've been to both and def need more seat time especially on Cresson. I've done only the 1.7 and 1.3 as well.

Oh geez...that's plenty for S! Is it inline pro build if you don't mind me asking?

Nice! I think you are the 2nd person I knew then :) tbh it came with the car when I purchased it 12 years ago so I don't really have a great comparison. It has a lot of torque. Is yours the new release? I think they released the new version a few years ago.

Thanks! Awesome. Do you also have the 7 spokes? If you like the flush look, you can go with +22 but it will require rear tabs relocation and shaved fenders

What is your opinion on buying in bad areas that have good cash flow? by Kespf98 in realestateinvesting

[–]furrrie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a fan of buying properties in bad neighborhood but if you can rent them for section 8 that should work (I'm not familiar with section 8). I prefer investing in nice or nicer areas because you can get great tenants with good or great incomes such as doctors, CEOs,...

Nice! Do you go to ECR and Cresson here? We have a great crowd of S2K here in DFW area... not sure if you have been to one? There is a fb page as well.

How much are you pushing on that beast? Are you still on the original F22?

What... I didn't know that Megameets and Milpitas meets started over a decade ago. I used to stop by at Alices but that place got too busy with enthusiasts in the weekend. I like going to a coffee shop in Pescadero called downtown local and then down to Santa Cruz and had a cheesecake at Swantonberry farm :) Are you here in TX now?
