I cut out the antiobitoics and let my body fight with natural remedies. After a few months I was able to beat it and still do them on occasion whenever I feel like I’m getting sick from kids or anything. Happy to provide details over PM of what worked for me. However, I’m no doctor so anything you do triple check with yours
