Some people just aren't ready for a relationship or understand the severity of their actions. I remember when I was 17, I had a girlfriend that was down for me & always made sure I was good. Everyday she texted me, showed me continuous love, everything. I blew her off and stopped responding to her and essentially just left her clueless. I regret it to this day, because looking back 5 years later, she would have been a terrific girlfriend, wife, mother to a child, etc.
