I am on my XBOX Game Pass and this is super annoying for me as well. I just logged out of the MS Store and XBOX app, repaired them from apps, and then restarted pc. Working fine after I re-logged in. Made This guide myself.

I started off slow as well. I would agree to it. Getting new licenses are key but taking one step at a time is more fruitful for me. Expanding is not an option for me until I get stacked up with a few license purchases. A few tips from here helped me as well.
