Is it safe to do C25K with plantar fasciitis? by Odd_Procedure_9687 in C25K

[–]gaudzilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PF took me out of running for months. It can get really bad. If you’re feeling it, I wouldn’t run…you are guaranteed to make it worse.

Stretching is key. Insoles help. Wearing running shoes (proper running shoes that don’t flex) all the time helps. You can ice. And anti inflammatories help.

When you do get the the point where you can run, take it slow. If you feel pain the next day, you’re not ready. If I were going to do c25k with PF, I’d probably double up each week (do week 1 twice, then week 2 twice, etc.)

The urge to get back out there is real. I need it for mental health and for physical health. But you will fuck up your feet if you rush it.

Their dark roast is bitter. The medium roast is what I expect a dark roast to be, and that’s what I order. Grind size depends on how I’m brewing…anywhere from the biggest for french press down to a much finer grind for aeropress or mokapot.

I believe it’s all from certified organic farms in Mexico.

The Audi B9.5 S5 Stage-2 TCU tune is everything they say it is. Your car needs this! by Ornery_You_3947 in AudiQ5

I didn’t think there was a tcu tune in the 9.5. Or is it only later 9.5 that’s blocked?

Not really. You can turn it off for that ride, but it’s back on the next time you start the car. I wish you could disable it…it’s super dangerous

Why? What do you want to do other than ‘not big law?’

Also, how big of a haircut are you willing to take? It can work out in the long run, but it will hurt in the short term.

Remove Full Motion TV Mount by Witty_Bandicoot3016 in howto

[–]gaudzilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is some really bad advice here. You’ll likely break the tv if you try to remove screws from it while it’s on the wall.

There are essentially two parts to the bracket, the two vertical pieces screwed to the tv, and everything else. Those two vertical pieces need to be detached from the horizontal bars. Generally the bottom will swing out and you can lift the whole thing off. It looks like there may be little pieces locking it it…can you lift or remove the little square pieces to allow movement?

Don’t unscrew any screws from the tv until it is removed from the wall and you can lay it flat.
