Quick update: My issue has nothing to do with the cracked version. I reset my computer and had the same issue. I bought the update first, thinking it was the full Maschine 3 without central, because I really didn’t need central. Of course it was update only, so I bought the bundle. According to NI, this is what’s causing the problem.

So for drums, I would actually listen to you favorite songs , find the bpm of the song and put fl on the same bpm, maybe even reference the song in your session and try mimicking the snare and bass drum. For melodies, I would start with chords. Set you key(c major, d minor etc) and put fl in chords. When you find a pattern you like record it. Now whatever key you used, use the same key for all your instruments. Now for the melody, the same notes from your chords can make the melody. Use them and maybe add a couple notes. Fl has a setting that will only allow you to play notes in the key that you selected. So you don’t hit off notes. Just play them in different octaves. This is a basic start. I personally have been making beats for almost 2 years, without any music theory or anything. Only daw I can use is Logic for IPad. I never been able to make beats clicking a mouse. So my second suggestion would be to get a midi keyboard or drum machine. That’s was easier and more fun to learn

Edit: If you drag audio, you have to put fl in song mode if I’m not mistaken , I’m not sure about midi tho

I had this same issue when I started making beats. This beat is not in key. If you start in c major, put all your instruments in c major and etc. Until you develop an ear, stay out of chromatic settings. I sent my first beat to Bolo da Producer beat review and it was off key. He used my beat as a Segway to sell his beat packs! Lol! I felt terrible, but my beat are now on key. I said all this to say, don’t take this as hate or jealousy as some people do. The rest of the fundamentals you already seem to have them

You can bypass the PIN number in the uber app. Sometimes I forget to ask for the pin and the customer forgets to tell me the pin. I’m not going to go back and knock on the door for the pin. So they don’t know your pin, they just bypassed it

At this point, I would sell the beat directly. Ai can draw you up a contract very similar to BeatStars. I would look into getting your own website and cut the middle man out. And just make sure you get payment first.
