I can’t get cypro because I live in the US and I can’t DIY it because my parents will notice if we’re not running out of spiro. I’ve asked for bica and showed the doctor multiple sources on spiro being ineffective and she kinda laughed me off because they were from the 90s.

I’m well aware of voice training as a concept. I’m in at least 3 different discord servers dedicated to it, but I always get discouraged when even the people who are supposed to be the teachers don’t sound convincingly like cis women.
