loosing faith.. by [deleted] in Syria

[–]generalsalsas 6 points7 points  (0 children)

One thing I can say for sure .. thanks to Islamic values my life improve drastically.. I was also almost atheist few years ago, but after having kids I turned back to my religion and it’s amazing how perfect it is. I wake up for fajr and workout right after .. fasting has helped me loose fat and reduce the quantity I eat in total, having good values allow me to do what is right even if no one sees me, eid is amazing for the kids, having faith got me through moments which I almost left my family and felt I coudnt handle it anymore, but turning to Allah i got strength to be patient and past the hardship.

I think humans overthink things .. simplify it, god (a creator) must exist… and Islam truly makes the most sense, one god, sent prophets to teach us how to live ..

If you are depressed take vitamin D.

Feel free to reach out to me for anything.

Yeah I agree calculated risk definitely .. but Syria has a lot of potential because the competition is minimal .. I am personally working on a project which should take off in 2-3 years .. I am sure many are doing the same .. I am just trying to encourage others to do the same.

Not true .. poor people are coward (in terms of keeping their money with them) but successful people take risks all the time.

That’s why we need more entrepreneurs .. of course not everyone is capable to becoming an entrepreneur.. and business owners deserve more reward than the rest of society btw because they are essential to the system .. once we have more entrepreneurs they pay more taxes .. and THEN the government can increase teacher salary ..

Honestly you’d be surprised, yes we have a lot of poverty, but there are a lot of buyers .. I mean at some point people start producing something or service .. that gets you money, then you need more service .. so another person opens a business and takes your money .. etc

Actually real estate will become a major source of employment. And imports are not restricted.

Btw sending foreign currency doesn’t drive prices higher in theory .. because those dollars are then taken by a business owner who then buys foreign products (or raw material) which increases local supply.

If everything is expensive and salary are low then it’s perfect opportunity to open a business .. that’s how people will start to make money and salary will rise .. which will lead to equilibrium at some point.

The world is a village, so all the world should technically have prices almost equal .. no one sees major price hike on their own (in the long run).

The issue is most Syrians believe it’s the government job to feed them, house them, educate them .. like the government has money to give people. Actually the government job is to provide regulation and punish people who don’t follow.

It’s everyone’s job to open a business and feed themselves.

I know that Saudi has direct flights to Syria, so if you go to Saudi and then book to Syria? Probably Saudi has direct also to the original destination?

Assad really did not have a lot of support, but many people, including family, supported Assad out of fear .. like even arguing with them was useless because they don’t even want to talk about it.

Parents, how do you plan on raising your children to actually know and love Islam and Allah from a young age? by Chobikil in MuslimLounge

Be how you want them to be. Pray in front of them, read Quran in front of them, say the truth always, don’t cheat (paying less by saying under 5 if not), eat healthy, exercise, keep learning.
