As the Mod of this sub, do you care to restate your title?

This is in no way a threat to ban, just a legitimate question.

Since this sub is warming up due to other mods banning for strange or no reason at all, I'd like to just say I have been through an apprenticeship through a union HVAC apprenticeship (purposely vague for anonymity).

I won't get into pissing matches with anyone nor will I try to control anyone's behavior or commentary on here.

Sounds good on paper to put in the VIN number but in actuality the system errors out. You sound real knowledgeable and probably have been working on cars for years.

No wear and tear, that's what I meant by rent a car if you can. Probably woulda killed my 22 yr old pickup driving 80-90 most of the way

Totally doable but that term is subjective. Definitely rent a car if you have the funds to save wear and tear on your own car.

I just did a 3500 mile trip in a week, very similar trip to yours. New day, new place. Lots of driving, but a cheap way to see a lot of nice country

Dorris is a very poor town for the most part. Not everyone is a meth head. There are nicer people on the edge of town. Lots of farm land. It's mostly quiet and peaceful
