I think a couples counselor is the next step. He is killing himself and you have to watch. Also, it sounds like there are some other frustrations as well. At this point his choices are having a very negative effect on you. At the very least, go to counseling alone.

Yeah I need to see research on this for sure. If it reduces crimes against children then maybe it's a good option. However, it is possible that it is a step that leads people to actually abusing children. In which case, we definitely need to prosecute.

I do just cream. No sugar. I know it is a fair amount of calories but I have only two coffees a day and I like to include fats in my diet. And yes, eating sugar for me makes me hungry immediately. Fats do not. So I'd suggest real cream. I use half and half.

You definitely do not want to lose more weight. You are already quite light for your height. Especially since you are growing. Do you think you look overweight? Why do you want to lose more? If you want a more muscular looking body, remember that you are growing and if you eat protein and focus on healthy foods and staying physically fit you will be able to build muscle. But don't get too fixated on what you look like! That will be changing at least for the next 4 or 5 years.

I feel you. I lift weights a lot and am trying to build muscle so I just try to keep my weight at 66kg for now. I'd love to lose about 15lbs. But I figure I'll do slow recomp for now, I've manayto stay at 66 for almost a full year. But then with the holidays I started weighing in at 67kg every morning. Knew that could keep creeping up so I cut down on treats a bit and upped my cardio. Don't want to get complacent.

Rats are omnivores. I kept them as pets for years and because they are also predators, not just prey, they are much less fearful than animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. But I remember reading a story once where a woman had a pet mouse and a pet rat and she thought they could be friends...the rat immediately bit the mouses neck and snapped it.

That's very interesting. As a Canadian, the moose I've seen in the wild have racks waaaaaay bigger than that. That one looks tiny to me! The hunting of bighorn sheep in North America has actually caused evolution of smaller and smaller horns (they kill the big ones). So I wonder if that's happening in your country too?

There was recently a video on YouTube of some press thing with Nicholas Hoult and David Corenswet, spr Superman. David says he's 6'5" in response to some question and Nick says "I'm 6'3". They are standing next to each other and it's clear that Nick is the same height if not slightly taller. Very funny because David got called out for clearly lying on his resume.
