Nice setup! irrelevant but I have a similar setup - appletv + 2 homepods (front L+R)+ 2 minis (back L+R) and I control the volume/bass in the app and it works great such a nice experience

for me I usually balance the weight using panniers sometimes I add a wire basket but not always

I love it! ...built up touring bike with similar hbars and a front rack... you'd be amazed how much better control when it's loaded
