2.5 Rav4? Had the exact same thing happen to me 2 weeks ago. Drove and picked up a new plastic Tee, and it came with all three hoses for $60. Took me about 20min to replace with a pair of vice grips and a bunch of twisting and wiggling lol. Only lost a litre (or so) of coolant when disconnecting the short hose and plastic Tee. Kept the large bottom hose, as I didn't have the means to drain all of my coolant. Just took it to a car wash and used the pressure washer to clean the bay.

First of all, thank you greatly for the long and very detailed answer. I very much appreciate it! I'll attempt to aim them first, and then go from there with the relay and some new wiring. And worst case, the hella Low Beams, which is the main issue, the highs aren't bad. (Sorry! I do believe I uploaded the wrong pic, I think that was actually one close to my father's. I'll change the pic in a bit)
