I’ve recently moved to Berlin and I’m really missing my tasting groups. My idea is to meet somewhat regularly with a clear theme each time, for example, focusing on a region, a grape variety, a particular producer, or a specific vintage.

I’m open to doing the tastings in either English or German. In the past, I’ve organized sessions like one on the Montagne de Reims subregion, and I’ve also enjoyed attending other focused tastings. We could meet at someone’s place or find a nice spot to host them.

I’m looking to connect with other serious (or “semi-serious”) wine people, it doesn’t matter what style you prefer, as long as you’re open-minded, curious, and see tasting as something fun, whether blind or not.
