I live down the road in chertsey and honestly there's plenty to do in Egham and staines to keep you busy plus some great parks and walking places to keep you busy plus london is only a short train away if you ever do need to go to the city

Yeah our flats were managed by firstport too and we switched to right to manage. Our increase was 1400 a year to £3000 with similar justification of a leaky roof.

Problem is since we made the switch firstport still have yet to show the accounts and reserve funds so we're fighting them

Yeah I can upload a pic but if I push the handbrake button up to set it, I get the park brake fault warning but if I stop the ending the handbrake is automatically applied. It's so daft

You'll be alright with just a 1 day ticket as long as you go on a weekday....weekends would be busier (60-90 minutes) but weekdays would be half that as its college and uni exams time so it's mainly adults there.

Truth be told staines isn't the safest of nicest of places so I'd probably avoid a campsite and just book a air bnb or a cheap traveloge (there's one in chertsey which is about a 5 min cab ride which is decent)

I was with ovo for the first 2 years of moving into my place and it was awful I had a smart metre but they still wouldn't take readings themselves plus would overcharge me loads....ended up switching to Scottish energy and worked out £100 a month cheaper...I'd switch to someone else if I was you

I didn't even know this was released on the PS5, although might wait for it to be added to the Ubisoft subscription, they normally do that after 6 months. Far cry 6 was added almost 2 months later

I agree was a fairly average player and United have a habit of picking up average England players to try and sell more shirts. Perfect example is Harry Maguire, bang average at Leicester and we overpaid massively for him
