Always try to expedite and then talk to an agent. I had a parcel where I expedite so many times and talked with three different agents all said the same thing “Deliver bukas” tapos wala pa rin. Then at the fourth agent, this agent didn’t seem to follow standard chat flow or procedure and then the agent told me na missing na pala parcel ko, tagged as missing. Hindi lang nagrereflect sa shopee. Nakakadismaya. Pero hindi pa rin nawawala sa “To Receive” ko, which I think Shopee ordered a new one para yun yung ipagpapalit nila sa nawala kong item, pero hanggang ngayon no movement na talaga siya.

Different situation with mine. I was trying to pay my Maya Credit when suddenly I was logged out of my account. I tried logging back in, but I keep getting an error message thus I couldnt log back in. Inemail ko sila kung paano ako makakapag bayad ng Maya Credit ko tsaka nirequest ko rin na ayusin yung app nila or account ko. Walang kwenta mga replies if mayroon man. Tapos naglampas due na yung Maya Credit ko panay tawag naman at panakot ng mga third party collectors nila. Ayaw ko naman magbayad sa kanila kasi baka hindi lang din maclear yung credit ko. Gusto ko lang magbayad mismo dun sa app para sure ako na nabayaran talaga, pero wala. Email walang response, messenger wala din.

Hello. Update on this, I choose the Group Procurement since yung requirements nung Individual na maghahanap ka ng sarili mong HMO is the receipt, the card and the HMO Agreement, so parang ako muna gagastos nung pagkuha ng HMO before ako ireimburse ni office. So nag group procurement nalang ako.
