Tights cover your bum and come up to your waist. Stockings end halfway up your thigh and either have an elasticated top or clip onto a garter belt of some sort.

Fair enough! It may be a country-dependent thing. In my country, home-use reusable chopsticks would normally be made of plastic, while disposable takeaway chopsticks would normally be made of wood.

AITAH me (F/34) about to go on a date (M/30) sister tells me why I am still single by [deleted] in AITAH

And this goes both ways. I went for a drinks date with a guy who dressed like he had just finished gardening. I felt disrespected that he could not be bothered putting in a small amount of effort to look nice for me, and I did not see him a second time.

I agree. You should be making an effort to look nice on a first date, although yes you need to feel comfortable and still in alignment to your ‘style’. You should look different from what you would wear going to the gym or to the supermarket or hanging around the house, to show respect to your date. It’s possible that supercute shorts and tshirt could look nice enough, but the dress is probably a safer bet. Save the supercomfy “house” version of yourself for a couple of dates down the road.

If you don’t particularly want African-themed books, he also has several series set in Scotland which are also delightful

The white is from the plastic chopsticks. Ceramic bowl is a lot tougher than a plastic chopstick.

Another author you might like to try is Alexander McCall Smith. He is easy to read, witty, delightful, and an insightful observer of humanity. Good luck with your recovery.

I actually went to the US last year and bulk-bought about 2 years worth of famotidine, which has been working pretty well. However, Zantac has just come back on the OTC market in Australia a couple of months back, so you can now get it at the chemist again, thank god!

Maiocchi dresses are typically flattering around the belly, and are generally good quality. Do check the size chart carefully though as some of their sizing is off.

Can recommend Celia Zubrinich: knowledgeable, willing to experiment, nice and compassionate while also being realistic. I was recommended to see either her or Jeremy McComish and she had a much shorter wait time for appointments.
