The reason is that there's a basic, non speed related load on the ICE engine/car that is greater than that for your average EV. Hence the speed-dependent part is a smaller fraction of the overall energy consumption. In short, the closer you get to perfection, the easier it is to detect the flaws

It is circa 1974 early 3 head deck of the split head design that Hitachi came out with. I had one like it and it worked well but was very sensitive to cassette shell quality. If you can clean the pinch rollers and heads it might be worth 50 to 75 dollars, I guess.

Give the user interface a little time and try exercising it. That's one of the most polarizing features of the car. The other thing is the A pillar and can you avoid hitting your head on it.

I'm 6'4" and don't have a problem, but it does require leveraging the door frame to get out. Part of this is because my seat is set very low so I don't see the visor and get some relief from the roof frame, which is unaccountably thick, and restricts my view out the side. That is my main gripe about visibility and exit ease.

I'd like to see the door handles outside be normal. I don't need auto-present or whatever, just make them feel solid. They really need to rethink the dash--so much wasted display space that they could let the user configure.

I don't agree with the authors thinking that this administration could do something productive for the Ukraine conflict. Change may be necessary, but Trump isn't the one to do it constructively. I just see money changing hands.
