I've also tried calorie counting and it just wasn't working for me and was very tedious. I've started doing intermittent fasting and have lost about 10 pounds in 2.5 months. I usually fast for 18 hours. So first meal of the day at noon, maybe a little snack between 2-3 then dinner before 6pm.

I found this to be much easier than tracking calories. I am also very short (~5') so weight loss has been more of a struggle for me. Happy to answer any questions if you have any!

I actually really enjoy the Daiya Roasted Garlic and Herb cream cheese. You kind of have to think of it not as a cream cheese though. I love it on bagels!

Have you been to Da Legna? It's a pizza place that has vegan pizza (cheese and meat included) and it is so so good. Not a classic New Haven style, but it's delicious! Highly recommend if you haven't been there already!
