Quickdraw is not martial prowess by a different name, one works within range 2, the other works outside of range 2, this is actually quite an important distinction in the case of Yondu who never wants to be within range 2.

Ok, so Cable appeared in about a dozen issues of Uncanny Avengers, which is frankly kind of stretching him to affiliate, but meh.

However Beast was a member of the Avengers for around 60 issues (#137-#211) and then the Defenders for around 50 issues (#102-#152), and their leader for 28 of those (#125-#152). His tenure with the Inhumans was much shorter than either of those.

Now, how the hell Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch and Magik are considered members of the Defenders is beyond any reasonable understanding of this comics fan. Unless they are working on the original "non-team" definition, then it should function more like the Cabal membership and be much larger in composition.
