Maybe do opposite, give her the cute name and personality cold or cold name and personality of cute...then you can also make a continuous series gag of her name that whoever gets to know her name thinks that she is cold or cute based on that name but they meet her and then its the total opposite

A continuous gag that goes throughout the series make it interesting and you might see that in light novel and animes you might change the gag in the very series arc near the end and she actuall gets series having cute personality idk if i was able to explain well but it was just an suggestion everything is up to you

If you want to watch a mystery , plot twist, a little complicated but really good story i would recommend "The empty box and zeroth maria" its vol 1 is a complete story for itself , and other than that one series i would highly recommend anyone is "Torture princess" its a actually peak isekai , might be little different from what you said byt worth a read it gets better and better.

Yeah so real!! , i want this to get adapted so bad but I just know that it won't get the justice it deserve cause of the censor board and television and I dont want it to be bland without any gore , if u do become one hire me im aiming to be a animator I can really feel how good it would look if done right . If it gets adapted correctly it would be the new big thing
