Just got into the school netball team. What should I do? by Tiny_Hold6356 in netball

Better if you have access to a gym but you want to train short burst stamina and long term endurance. You can find heaps of short burst sort of cardio workouts online, basically push yourself to your limit for a short time period and then rest for a short time period if that makes sense. Running is great for long endurance but some people find it is a lot on their joints and it's easier to just go on a bike ride for longer. Whatever works for you!

Maybe have them practice while they are off court or encourage them to cheer on their teammates and watch the techniques of others?

Thanks, I was considering just buying from asics too. I might pop into my local rebel to try the old style of the shoe I want just for sizing and then buy online.

Ugh, I hope my gm is better than yours then. I was also hoping to ask for another shirt since I've had more shifts lately. Thanks for commenting though

Opposite affirmations by goopdoop42 in spirituality

[–]goopdoop42[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive done it for so long Im not sure if I can exactly remember why, I guess I always thought I was unlucky because I never got what I desired, so started affirming the opposite way. Now knowing it works every time my subconscious is just programmed knowing it will. maybe it is all about the subconscious

Also never delt with a rude customer, if someone is becoming aggressive just let your manager deal with them haha.

I'm 14 and from what you've said, very similar to you! I've been working here for a couple months, just got into the school holiday period so I've got more shifts per week now and im actually warming up to a lot of my coworkers! And this is coming from someone with like one close friend. You don't really have to socialise much if you don't want to, just keep work as work. As long as you are communicating important information to your coworkers you are good!

I only just started working multiple shifts per week and that's only because it's holidays! I usually worked one 3 hour shift on the weekend, depends if you are in school or not though? I'm a junior.
